The area Dean for Shipston-on-Stour is the Reverend Doctor Jill Tucker whilst the Diocesan Bishop for the Diocese of Coventry is the Right Reverend Doctor Christopher Cocksworth. The Bishop of Warwick, The Right Reverend John Stroyan, is the Suffragan or assistant Bishop in the Diocese. Each of the six parishes in the Benefice elect members of the Deanery Synod and there are people from the Deanery elected to be members of the Coventry Diocesan Synod. The Diocesan Synod in turn elects members to service on the General Synod of the Church of England.
